By using this website and placing an order with UnikSong, you agree to these terms.

The service

UnikSong creates a custom song from the names, memories, and message you submit. After payment we deliver a private listening link by email. Optional add-ons such as a lyrics PDF may be offered at checkout.

Your answers

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or that you do not have permission to use. We may refuse or cancel an order that violates this rule.

Story details you submit may be sent to an AI provider to draft lyrics. The finished song is produced for your order.

License

When your order is fulfilled, you receive a personal license to play, share, and keep the finished song for private and personal occasions (including events such as birthdays, dinners, or ceremonies). You may not resell the track, claim authorship of the composition as your own commercial product, or use it as stock music for paid advertising without our written permission.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. Shipping is free; UnikSong products are digital and do not require postage.

Delivery times

30-minute and 48-hour options are targets from successful payment. High volume or incomplete answers can delay delivery; we will contact you if that happens.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the 50-day guarantee and free revisions.

Accounts

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under that account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UnikSong is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the song. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
