UnikSong ("we", "us") operates this online store at uniksong.co. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the store, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create a song or place an order, we collect the details you enter: the recipient's name, relationship, genre and voice preferences, qualities, memories, message, language, your email address, and optionally your phone number. At checkout Shopify also processes payment and billing details.

We also receive standard technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, through Shopify and our analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your answers to write and produce your custom song, to email the finished listening link, to process payment and refunds, and to reply when you contact us at contact@uniksong.co.

Story details you submit (names, memories, and message) may be sent to an AI provider so we can draft lyrics for your song. That provider processes the text only to help create the draft under our instruction.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share song answers with third parties except the tools that help us run the store (Shopify for checkout and orders, and service providers who help produce or deliver the song under our instruction).

How long we keep it

Order and song brief details are kept as long as needed to fulfill the order, honor revisions or refunds, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete account-related data where the law allows.

Cookies

The store uses cookies and similar technologies required for cart, checkout, and account sessions, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal limits. Email contact@uniksong.co. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under local privacy laws.

Children

The store is intended for adults buying gifts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
